The second option is which is a state of the art process to remove and replace old piping while keeping a substantial amount of your property intact. They are of two types:
Cured-in-Place or CIPP lining which costs from $80 to $250 per foot. This is achieved by a process that creates a new and seamless pipeline by pulling a liner saturated with epoxy inside the existing pipes. This only requires excavation at one access point.
Pipe bursting is the other method that costs from $60 to $200 per foot. It uses a pneumatic or hydraulic head to break up existing brittle clay or iron piping.
